Weston Jewelers is a dream come true for the Dikes family. Ed grew up in the jewelry business working alongside his father, first on Long Island and later in Miami, where he discovered not only a love for the industry but a joy in connecting with people and helping them celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. He later branched out on his own, determined to build something from the ground up: a place where fine jewelry and luxury timepieces were just the beginning, and every client would feel like family from the moment they walked through the door.

In 2001, his dream became a reality when Ed and Tracey opened Weston Jewelers in the heart of the Weston Town Center, becoming one of the city’s first retailers. What started as a small, family-run store quickly became a local institution, thanks to the unwavering trust, loyalty, and support of the community.

Over the years, our remarkable team has had the honor to share significant milestones in our clients’ lives, including engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, and personal achievements. Watching generations of families grow with us has been the greatest gift of all.

Built on the belief that luxury should feel personal, Weston Jewelers proudly offers the finest Swiss timepieces and designer jewelry from the world’s most celebrated brands including Rolex, Cartier, Tudor, Omega, Chopard, and Roberto Coin. But what truly sets us apart is the experience: one rooted in warmth, connection, and true hospitality.

In 2019, we expanded into the Shoppes at The Guitar Hotel at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, followed by the opening of our Hublot boutique across the hall in 2022. Today, Weston Jewelers remains a true family affair. Ed and Tracey’s children have joined the journey, with Jesse overseeing operations and Danni leading our marketing efforts. On any given day, you're likely to find several members of the Dikes family in-store ready to help you find the perfect piece or greet you with a warm hug and a smile.
